Don Q is a Puerto Rican Rum branding company. This redesign branding and packaging project was made to show the true meaning behind the Jones Act and its impact on Puerto Rico. The Jones Act is a federal law that requires that merchandise shipped between U.S. ports be transported on U.S. built, owned, and flagged ships crewed by Americans, resulting in higher shipping costs for Puerto Rico.
